Feet:  Rub the Crack Blaster on the cracked areas of the feet twice a day for fastest results.  Follow with the Lanolin Skin Creme as well.  Eventually, to keep feet in great condition, use after bath or shower...always best to follow up with good cream. 

Fingers:  Apply the Crack Blaster on the fingertips at bed time and again in the morning for protection.  Following up with the good Lanolin Skin Creme is a good habit to get into...we think of the Lanolin Creme for dry skin, the maintenance and the Crack Blaster the treatment.
